Not sure where the poor reviews come from. The only part of my rental I had any difficulty with was finding the shuttle from SJO to the SixT office. Other than that, time in the office was minimal, walk-around of the car was quick, and the return was just as easy. I’d rent with them again in the future. Just wish they were on-site at the airport.
