1. Very easy corporate reservation: call - dates, car segment, company name -> done. Other vendors asked me for company codes or pins sent to 'responsible person'.
2. Many thanks for Mister who gave me the key (Mr Andriy - sorry if mixed...) - he spoke my language (I do not need it, but it is always nice) and presented simply high level of customer service.
3. Many thanks for quick checking the car & no complications with broken electic windows panel - I did not have to say 'it is not my fault' - Sir who did the check told it first (it was not - I did not even open any window during my rental).
