Prior to our arrival in France, we had found the Sixt car rental agency had the most competitive pricing, as well as a very user interface to find what we wanted. The explanation on liability, insurance options and vehicle selection were above average.
But the customer service rep was first rate. She was attentive to our needs and was a first rate problem solver.
The location is also very convenient.

Easy to pick up a car you've rented but it's not easy to find the place. I got lucky and ran into one of their desk employees in the elevator, otherwise it would have taken me much longer to find the desk. The return process could have been documented better.
