This is the first time me and my husband renting car in France/Sixt, and the experience was really nice.
Big thanks to Bettina for her kind support and service. During the renting process, Bettina provided us detailed information and instructions which are very helpful and it shows her passion to works.
After returning the vehicle, I found my sun glasses were accidentally left in the car, but we already left France. I wrote an email to them and got very soon reply from Bettina that she has found sun glasses and will keep them for us.
My husband and I both agree that we will definitely rent a car here next time when visiting France😊

The employee at the counter was amazing. Though his English wasn't the greatest, he went anove and beyond to ensure I understood it all with the little Englis he spoke. He even walked me to the parking to select the car.Great experience. I will repeat.
