The car was good. Good condition and brand new Citroen C5. We drove till Amalfi and back in 2 days. Swift and straight forward process. No problems there as well. I would have normally given a 5 star, but then the return wasn't a great experience for one small but major mistake on the staff's side. I fail to understand why the staff had incorrectly entered my fuel level, especially when I'd just filled to a full tank right outside the airport before the return. Normally these things can happen, but I was astounded that this happened even after explicitly mentioning to the staff about the fuel being full during the return. A little annoying. Not sure if I'm gonna be charged for this. Unfortunately the help section on the website wasn't very helpful, and kept redirecting me to a local helpline number. (Most tourists don't take calling packs, just data)
