The process went very smoothly, from the moment I picked up the car until the time of return. The staff was professional, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Before my visit, I had read a lot of negative feedback about this particular branch. However, my personal experience was completely different—everything was well-organized and efficient, and I did not encounter any of the issues mentioned in those reviews. The only concern I had during my rental was the presence of hidden fees that were not clearly mentioned in my rental contract. Specifically, I was charged an administrative fee for Salik and a “premium location” fee, which I did not fully understand. I believe it would be helpful to have these charges explicitly outlined in the rental agreement to avoid any confusion in the future. In The send I will mark you with Four Starts.
