Hickam (on Military Base)

If entering from main entrance of Hickam Air Force Base you will enter at Makalapa Gate (you will need to be able to show a valid military ID to go beyond this point). Continue onto North Road. North Road will curve around and merge onto South Ave. Make a left onto 11th Street until you come to a roundabout. At the roundabout, turn right onto Fox Blvd. Take a right on I Street, and a left onto Hickam Court. When approaching the Exchange Mall we are located on the left corner.

If landing on a Space A flight you will arrive at the AMC Terminal. Please call the branch for a shuttle pickup upon arrival 808-722-0109. We are able to schedule pickups within our operating hours of 10am-6pm Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm Sat.

If entering the Main Military Gate Entrance at JBPHH (Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam), please enter through the O'Malley Gate, far right lane (you will need to provide proof of valid military ID to gain access beyond this point). Continue through the gate entrance and merge right onto Vandenberg Blvd. After the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto Hickam Ct and park. Sixt Hickam office with be within walking distance in the Hickam Main Exchange Mall. When approaching the Exchange Mall we are located in the rear left row of store fronts.

SIXT stalls are located directly in the front of the Hickam Mall area, they should be coned/labeled as SIXT. Please bring the key to the SIXT branch, located in the Exchange Mall. Drop off at our SIXT branch is available within our operating hours of 10am-6pm Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm Sat. Orange Key Drop Box is located on the left side of the branch door. Please pull drawer open, place key inside, and close to complete after hours drops.

If flying out on a Space A flight you will depart out of the AMC Terminal. To drop the vehicle please use spots directly in front of the AMC terminal, please do not park in Command's stalls. Upon entering the terminal you will see an orange keybox located inside the terminal please drop your key here. After-hours drop off is available during the Hickam Passenger Terminal (AMC) building hours of 0400-2200, and for out-of-hour arrivals and departures. Please park your rental return vehicle in an unmarked parking space in the AMC parking lot. After locking the vehicle, please drop the key in the key drop box attached to our counter. Or return vehicle to the Hickam Exchange Mall parking lot and return key to the Key Drop Box at Sixt Branch Hickam in the Exchange Mall For 24-hour vehicle return, please select our Honolulu International Airport branch as your return location.
