This was my first time renting from Sixt in Anaheim, and I couldn’t be more pleased. This location is definitely the way to go! The service was quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Pick-up was a breeze! I had the pleasure of working with Chad this morning, and although they were out of full-size vehicles, it wasn’t an issue. Branch manager Nick R. kindly upgraded me to a larger vehicle at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. Most rental companies would try to charge extra, but Sixt accommodated me without hesitation. Overall, an excellent experience—huge thanks to the amazing team at the Sixt Anaheim location, I truly appreciated the great service and hospitality!
