The SIXT branch is on floor 1 inside the 1500 Market Street Centre Square Building. To access the SIXT entrance on the S 16th Street side of Centre Square West, which takes you directly into the branch lobby, please use 27 South 16th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

The SIXT branch is located on floor 1 inside the 1500 Market Street Centre Square Building. From the main entrance proceed to the right towards the 16th Street exit. Across from FedEx please proceed down the hallway to your right and SIXT will be the first door on your left.
Return information
SIXT car return is located inside the Parkway parking garage below Centre Square on level P1 at 31 South 16th St, Philadelphia, PA 19102-2100. Upon entering the parking garage please take a ticket to raise the liftgate, and proceed to the level P1. After arriving on P1, continue all the way around until you see SIXT signs above the parking spaces indicating the proper place to return the vehicle. Park the vehicle in any designated SIXT space, and a SIXT agent will assist you with your return. Thank you for choosing SIXT.

I rented a compact car for just a day and overall it went smoothly. The agent I talked to at the counter was super friendly and explained things well. The car also had incredible mileage- I drove to Maryland and back and only used $9 of gas! The only issue was returning the car. They approved me returning the car at 11:30pm. I get to the garage at 11:15 and the gate will not open. There was no button to take a ticket like the return directions said there was. Someone near the gate said that the garage closes at 11. It only worked out when a car exited the garage and I drove through the exit gate. Turns out there is another gate within the garage that gives you a ticket to be let in. I think that Sixt should just tell customers that cars must be returned before 11pm to avoid this.

I can’t stop signing the praises of this organization which I have used in Europe and USA. The front desk folks in Philly are poised, articulate, and professional. I don’t want to leave any out, but the only name I remember right now was a young woman named Danny (?) who should get a free trip to Germany if the organization does that sort of thing. But there have been others, equally professional.

Very much recoment this place. Very good prices , profetional staff , and super clean an neat car when handled to the customers. I dont remember the name of the staff member that day, but she was working on october 21st around 5pm. A truly profetional person and a lot of good vibes. Thank you so much. Its not like an everyday thing that a customer gets treated with care like she did with me.
