Your way to SIXT

From Terminal 3, the PHX Sky Train is located on level 5. From ticketing on level 4, you can enter the station and take the escalators up to the boarding platform. Take the Sky Train to the Rental Car Center. Trains run 24 hours, 7 days a week and run every 3-10 minutes. From Terminal 4, the PHX Sky Train is located on level 3. Take the Sky Train to the Rental Car Center. Trains run 24 hours, 7 days a week and run every 3-10 minutes.

SIXT parking

SIXT does not provide on-site short-term parking. Designated short-term parking for rental customers is available on the ground level, just outside the Rental Car Center.

Return information

Once you arrive at the Rental Car Center, follow the signs on the left for SIXT, located on the ground level (level 3). We are located at the very end of the road on your right hand side. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return. If returning after business hours, please check that you have all your belongings, lock the vehicle, and place the key in our SIXT key return box, located next to the SIXT booth near the escalator. Phoenix International Airport provides free transportation to the terminals via the PHX Sky Train. Access the Sky Train from the walkway on the top level (level 1) of the Rental Car Center, just outside the main entrance doors.

There was absolutely no line at arrival. And the process of check-in and checkout was seamless. I truly value how there was so much ease, (and less stress!), compared to what the Budget rental lines looked like, as well as others at Sky Harbor. I had never rented from Sixt before today but they have gained a customer when I travel, AND, maybe more because I will tell friends about my experience. People today want to be encompassed in a positive and friendly atmosphere when they are paying for a service. When a company has employees that treat us rude or as if we do not matter…well, we will not return. At Sixt we felt like we were important. Juan cared about our being a customer. We were taken care of from start to finish. If everyone treated everyone the way they would want to be treated then your business model will become top notch!
