TL;DR: Sixt San Diego provided exceptional service! Brandon and Alona went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost work laptop, turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. They’re professional, personable, and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend! (PS: vehicle was in top condition, had no issues, came clean and all. Everything worked smoothly, sound, phone connection, space, no scratches, dents or bumps. Not a single issue :) —————— In October, I flew into San Diego and rented a car from Sixt to spend a couple days exploring with my boyfriend before heading back home (a solid 4–5 hours away 🥲). Right off the bat, Brandon at the desk was the MVP. Not only did he hook me up with a sick ride for adventures, but he also dropped some 🔥 recommendations for spots out into nature. Fast forward to returning the car. We were in a mad rush to catch the bus home. And once we got back home, I went to continue some work…My work laptop was MIA ☹️ I vaguely remembered using it at a café before returning the car, but no clue what happened after. I filled out the lost-and-found form online and basically lived on the “found items” page, refreshing it daily. But no updates 😔 I figured my laptop was either gone for good or stuck in website limbo. In November, I was back in SD for another trip and decided to swing by Sixt before my departure, just in case 🧐 Brandon was busy helping someone else, so I talked to another rep who said they might’ve seen something like a tablet or laptop but wasn’t sure. Feeling a bit down, I even checked the café out front that we sort of stood next to, but no luck. I went back to Sixt right after, and saw Brandon was free. And he remembered me! ♥️ Once I explained the whole ordeal, he jumped on it, saying the lost-and-found system had been slow lately but he’d do some digging. Sure enough, while I was out of the country, Brandon emailed me—they found my laptop! I was shoooooook 🥹 When I came back to SD to pick it up, Brandon wasn’t in that day, but Alona stepped in and crushed it. She listened to my story, double-checked everything, got a hold of Brandon, and after a bit of a wait. GIRL 👏🏼 Came 👏🏼THROUGH 👏🏼 And I got my work laptop back! Alona was super chill and kind, even with how busy it was and I didn’t mind waiting around a bit as she was so attentive and patient ♥️ From start to finish, Brandon and Alona were absolute legends. They’re not just good at their jobs, they’re the kind of people you actually want to hang out with. Their energy and effort turned a stressful situation into something genuinely positive. Sixt San Diego, y’all are killing itttt Brandon and Alona, you’re the real MVPs!
